A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2009.
- I would describe my practice as behaviour-focused, coaching, collaborative, evidence-based, motivational, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, gardening and reading - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as confident, knowledgeable and thoughtful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
In my free time
