- I would describe my practice as behaviour-focused, collaborative and developmental. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, crafting and going to the gym - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as calm, flexible and patient, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
