A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2021.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, interactive and person-centred. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time running, trying new things and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as approachable, calm and empathetic, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
In my free time
I love supporting our participants to build their meaningful engagement (e.g., by supporting them to engage in volunteering or social groups) and then seeing positive changes with the participant.
