A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2020.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, empowering and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time camping, travelling and with my dog - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as dedicated, empathetic and innovative, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
In my free time
The opportunity to build meaningful relationships and support my participants to feel safe, heard and empowered in their daily lives. I enjoy working alongside people to understand what they need, especially during challenging moments, and helping them develop skills that increase their independence and quality of life. I also value working with families and support teams to create strategies that respect the person's rights, dignity and choices.
