A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2020.
- I would describe my practice as adaptive, collaborative, culturally responsive, evidence-based, family-centred, holistic, person-centred, practical and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, singing, watching movies and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as dedicated, encouraging, flexible, goal-oriented, positive and trustworthy, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
