A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2017.
- I would describe my practice as adaptive, interactive, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, play-based, skill-building, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time camping, cooking, going to the gym, on DIY Projects, with family or friends and with my dog - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as approachable, cheerful, empathetic, energetic, flexible, fun, kind, positive and understanding, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
