A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2025.
- I would describe my practice as adaptive, collaborative, developmental, family-centred, interactive, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, practical and social skills-focused. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time learning new skills, meditating, playing board games, staying fit, travelling and watching movies - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as adaptable, approachable, calm, cheerful, collaborative, compassionate, empathetic, flexible, friendly, kind, patient, positive, proactive, respectful, thoughtful and trustworthy, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
