- I would describe my practice as family-centred, person-centred and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time learning new skills, reading and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as dedicated, organised and reliable, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
