A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2016.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, culturally responsive and practical. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, watching movies and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as collaborative, curious and encouraging, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
In my free time
At my core, I believe everyone deserves to have the most wonderful life they can imagine for themselves. Playing a small part in making that happen for participants is a true privilege. Working with people with disabilities is a one of the most dynamic and rewarding experiences of my life. I have learned so much working with participants, their families and support teams and I strongly believe that collaboration makes us all stronger.
