A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2021.
- I would describe my practice as behaviour-focused, goal-oriented and holistic. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cycling, running and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as calm, confident and respectful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
