A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2025.
- I would describe my practice as adaptive, behaviour-focused, coaching, collaborative, developmental, empowering, evidence-based, family-centred, functional, goal-oriented, holistic, interactive, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time going to the gym, taking photos and watching movies - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as adaptable, calm, cheerful, collaborative, compassionate, curious, dedicated, empathetic, encouraging, engaging, flexible, friendly, kind, organised, patient, positive, proactive, reliable, respectful, thoughtful, trustworthy, understanding and warm, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
