A little bit about me

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2022.
  • I would describe my practice as adaptive, empowering and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
  • I enjoy spending time fishing, going to the gym and travelling - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
  • People I work with often describe me as calm, proactive and understanding, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.

In my free time

The opportunity to work alongside individuals as they work towards goals that are meaningful to them. I love that supporting them is never about "fixing" someone, but about understanding who they are, what matters to them and how we can adapt the environment to better support their needs. Seeing someone feel more confident, settled, or proud of themselves is incredibly meaningful to me. It is rewarding and I enjoy building respectful, trusting relationships and supporting people to have choice, control and dignity in their daily lives.
