- I have worked with people with disability since 2021.
- I would describe my practice as evidence-based, goal-oriented and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time going to live music gigs, travelling and with my dog - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as approachable, calm and understanding, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
In my free time
That I believe everyone deserves to be treated equality. I see everyone as a unique individual with their own strengths, desires and capacity to grow.
