- I have worked with people with disability since 2022.
- I would describe my practice as behaviour-focused, culturally responsive and person-centred. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time travelling, watching movies and with my cat - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as empathetic, encouraging and respectful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
