A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2019.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, evidence-based and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time camping, fishing and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as curious, encouraging and goal-oriented, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
