A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2018.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, person-centred and skill-building. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, taking photos and travelling - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as compassionate, goal-oriented and motivational, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
In my free time
Having a wonderful opportunity to improve the quality of lives of people with a disability and educate the community on best practice and trauma-informed support. I enjoy meeting new people and their care teams and working as a team to reach goals and build skills together. I especially enjoy being part of change, whether big or small, any change which has a positive impact on someone's life must be celebrated!
