A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2024.
- I would describe my practice as adaptive, empowering and goal-oriented. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, gardening and playing board games - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as approachable, dedicated and encouraging, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
In my free time
One of my favourite things about supporting people with disability is providing kind, collaborative, and flexible care to others. I enjoy getting to know participants as I learn about their goals, strengths, and personal interests. I always strive to be a friendly face that the participant feels comfortable and safe with.
