A little bit about me

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2019.
  • I would describe my practice as behaviour-focused, coaching, collaborative, culturally responsive, developmental, functional, holistic, interactive, motivational, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, sensory-informed, skill-building, strength and conditioning, task-oriented and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
  • I enjoy spending time going to live music gigs, hiking, meditating, paddleboarding, practicing yoga, reading, staying fit, travelling, volunteering, watching TV Shows, with family or friends and with my dog - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
  • People I work with often describe me as energetic, proactive and reliable, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
