A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2019.
- I would describe my practice as adaptive, person-centred and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time crafting, fishing and with my dog - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as approachable, compassionate and respectful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
I love helping people feel heard, understood and empowered. Supporting individuals to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections is incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about working alongside participants and their support network to develop practical strategies that improve everyday life and create long term positive change.
