A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2022.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, person-centred and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, reading and watching movies - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as approachable, organised and reliable, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
The opportunity to support people with disability to build independence, confidence, and meaningful engagement in their everyday lives.
I find it rewarding to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and care teams to understand each person’s strengths, preferences, and goals, and to support positive change in ways that are respectful, empowering, and person-centred.
