A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2024.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, empowering and evidence-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time going to the gym, watching movies and with my dog - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as dedicated, empathetic and inclusive, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
What I love most about supporting people with disability is being able to work alongside each person to help them feel understood, capable, and empowered in their everyday lives. I find it incredibly meaningful to support individuals to build skills, increase their independence, and achieve goals that are important to them (no matter how big or small).
I value getting to know each person as an individual, understanding their strengths, interests, and what matters most to them. For me, supporting people with disability is about respect, collaboration, and creating positive change that genuinely improves quality of life. I feel grateful to be trusted to play a role in that journey.
