A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2022.
- I would describe my practice as evidence-based, holistic and person-centred. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, travelling and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as adaptable, flexible and proactive, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
I love supporting people with disability because it's rewarding to help them achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful experiences. I really value the chance to learn from each person's unique strengths and see them grow and gain confidence and it's inspiring and makes the work truly fulfilling.
