A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2018.
- I would describe my practice as person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time crafting, drawing, going to the gym, learning new skills, meditating, painting, practicing mindfulness, practicing yoga, reading, taking photos, travelling and trying new things - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as compassionate, creative and thoughtful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
