A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2022.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, culturally responsive and person-centred. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time dancing, reading and trying new things - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as adaptable, encouraging and respectful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
I enjoy connecting with people, understanding who they are as individuals and learning from them. This allows me to provide more person-centred support and build trust. I also love the opportunity to make meaningful, everyday impact and support individuals to build independence and achieve their goals.
