A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2017.
- I would describe my practice as culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, singing and watching movies - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as compassionate, engaging and understanding, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
