A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2026.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, person-centred and practical. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time playing a musical instrument, playing sport and singing - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as kind, respectful and trustworthy, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
What I like most about supporting people with a disability and those around them is focusing on their strengths, what a good day looks like and having more of them. Being able to play a role in providing effective support then seeing participants achieve their goals is my favorite part.
