A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2019.
- I would describe my practice as holistic, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time dancing, staying fit and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as collaborative, empathetic and patient, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
Bringing mental health awareness, understanding and empathy to advocate and understanding people's story. Using evidence-based tools and knowledge to improve long-term outcome. Supporting people to live with greater freedom, authority and confidence.
