A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2024.
- I would describe my practice as behaviour-focused, person-centred and strengths-based. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time cooking, going to the gym and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as approachable, confident, positive and thoughtful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
I enjoy supporting people with disabilities because it is rewarding to see the positive impact I can make in their lives. Seeing people grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and become more independent motivates me. I find great satisfaction in helping others reach their full potential.
