A little bit about me
- I have worked with people with disability since 2020.
- I would describe my practice as collaborative, evidence-based and person-centred. I adapt my approach so each person receives support that fits their goals and circumstances.
- I enjoy spending time going to the gym, learning new skills and with family or friends - interests that often help spark connection with the people I support.
- People I work with often describe me as calm, friendly and thoughtful, which reflects the environment I aim to create when delivering support.
What I like most about supporting people
What I enjoy the most about supporting people with disability is building genuine relationships and making a difference in someone's life. I love getting to know each person as an individual, understanding their goals, and supporting them to build confidence, independence and meaningful connections in their community. Seeing someone achieve something they're proud of, is incredibly rewarding.
